CLINICAL INDICATIONS
Mainly used in: •Renal calculi (kidney stones), bladder stones, gravel formation •Pain and cramps associated with urinary obstruction •Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) •Renal colic (with or without hematuria) •Mild prostatomegaly as supportive therapy Also beneficial in: •Post-lithotripsy recovery (to prevent recurrence) •Nephroprotective support in early-stage CKD •Improving urinary flow and detoxification •Inflammatory or congested urinary tract conditions •Supporting liver-renal axis in systemic detox
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
•Kidney stone management: 2 tablets twice or thrice daily after meals for 4 to 6 months •Acute renal colic: 3 tablets three times daily with warm water or as advised by a physician •Preventive support in stone-prone individuals: 1–2 tablets daily •Adjuvant: Plenty of water, supportive Rasayanas (e.g., Gokshura, Chandraprabha)
