DESCRIPTION:

Shivakshara Churna is a classical Ayurvedic formulation designed to enhance digestion, relieve bloating, and balance Vata and Kapha doshas. It contains a unique blend of Shunti (Zingiber officinale), Maricha (Piper nigrum), Pippali (Piper longum), Ajamoda (Trachyspermum ammi), Jeeraka (Cuminum cyminum), Saindhava (rock salt), Hingu (Ferula asafoetida), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), and Sarjakshara (Sodium Carbonate). This combination makes it highly effective in treating indigestion, acidity, abdominal discomfort, and gas-related disorders.

INGREDIENTS:

Each package contains (4 Oz / 114 Gm)

  • Sunthi - Zingiber officinale
  •  Marich - Piper nigrum
  • Pippali - Piper longum
  • Ajmoda—Apium graveolens
  • Jirak - Cuminum cyminum
  • Saindhava – Rock salt.
  • Hingu—Ferula asafoetida.
  • Haritaki—Terminalia chebula
  • Sarjakshara.

PROPERTIES:

● Rasa: Katu (Pungent), Madhura (Sweet), Lavana (Salty), Kashaya (Astringent)
● Guna: Laghu (Light), Tikshna (Sharp), Ushna (Hot)
● Veerya: Ushna (Hot)
● Vipaka: Madhura (Sweet)

DOSAGE:

1-3 grams twice daily after meals with warm water, honey, or buttermilk.
Can be taken with buttermilk for digestive issues or warm water for bloating.

CONTRADICTION:

● Not suitable for individuals with high Pitta (ulcers, gastritis).
● Should be used cautiously in pregnancy and lactation.
● Excessive use may lead to increased heat in the body.
