Question - 2. How Do I Make a Return?Our Customer Care team is here to assist you with this process from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. To ensure efficient processing, our Customer Care Department will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your return. Please be aware that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
