DESCRIPTION:
Guduchi Tablets contain Tinospora cordifolia extract, a powerful adaptogenic and immune-boosting herb widely used in Ayurveda. Known as "Amrita" (divine nectar), Guduchi is revered for its ability to enhance immunity, detoxify the body, and promote overall well-being. DOSAGE:
1-2 tablets twice daily with water, preferably after meals, or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.
CONTRADICTION:
- Avoid in pregnant and breastfeeding women unless prescribed.
- People with autoimmune disorders should use it with caution as it stimulates the immune system.
- Not recommended for individuals taking immunosuppressants.

Guduchi thrives in tropical and subtropical regions and is found across India, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. It grows in forests, near riverbanks, and dry deciduous regions, particularly in Central and South India. The plant climbs on large trees, preferably Neem (Azadirachta indica), which enhances its medicinal potency.
