Abhyanga Oil is a deeply rejuvenating and strengthening Ayurvedic body massage oil, specially formulated with Bala (Sida cordifolia), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Panchaguna (a blend of five potent herbs), Karpuradi (Camphor blend), and Sesame Oil (Sesamum indicum). This classical combination is used in daily Ayurvedic self-massage (Abhyanga) to promote muscle strength, joint flexibility, skin nourishment, and mental relaxation. Its rich, warming, and grounding qualities help in balancing Vata Dosha, relieving fatigue, and enhancing overall vitality.

DOSAGE:
● For Daily Abhyanga (self-massage):
Warm a small amount of oil and massage gently over the entire body, focusing on joints, limbs, and scalp. Leave for 20-30 minutes, followed by a warm water bath.
● For Therapeutic Use:
Use under the guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner, especially in conditions like arthritis, muscle wasting, or Vata disorders.
CONTRADICTION:
● Avoid during fever, indigestion, or severe Kapha aggravation.
● Not recommended on open wounds or skin infections.
