Anu Oil is a traditional Ayurvedic Nasya (nasal) oil, renowned for its rejuvenating, cleansing, and strengthening effects on the head, neck, and sensory organs. Regular use of Anu Oil in Nasya therapy (nasal instillation)

● Doshaghnata (Effect on Doshas): Balances Vata and Kapha, slightly increases Pitta
DOSAGE:
Nasya Therapy (Nasal Drops):
- Warm the oil slightly.
- Instill 2-3 drops in each nostril while lying down with the head tilted back.
- Inhale deeply for better absorption.
- Perform in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
- For Head Massage: Apply a few drops to the scalp and massage gently.
- For Ear & Throat Health: Can be used externally around the ears and throat region.
CONTRADICTION:
● Not recommended for use during fever, cold, or sinus infections.
● Pregnant and lactating women should consult a physician before use.
● Avoid in extreme Pitta conditions (excessive heat or nosebleeds).
● Do not use immediately after meals or before sleeping.
