AYURVEDIC DESCRIPTION:

Apamarga (Achyranthes aspera) – Known for its Kshara (alkaline) properties, it is excellent for detoxification, skin healing, and Kapha-Vata pacification.
Sesame Oil (Tila Taila) – Acts as a carrier oil, penetrates deep into tissues, nourishes the skin, and balances Vata.

CLIMATE & REGION:

Apamarga thrives in tropical and subtropical climates, particularly in dry and arid regions. It grows as a wild herb in India, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Sesame oil is cultivated in hot and dry regions, such as Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu. The combination of these two ingredients makes this oil ideal for dry, cold climates and conditions aggravated by Vata and Kapha imbalances.
