Ayustone is a herbal-mineral formulation designed to support renal health, metabolic balance, and overall well-being. It contains a synergistic blend of Ayurvedic ingredients, including Shilapushpa, Saxifraga ligulata, Apamarga, Nagarmotha, Yashadabhasma, Manjishta, Shilajit, and Sahadevi, each known for their therapeutic benefits in renal and systemic detoxification. DOSAGE

In case of kidney stones: 2 or 3 times a day 2 tablets (for about 4 to 6 months).
In case of acute renal colic: 3 times a day 3 tablets. 

CONTRADICTION

• Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
• Avoid in cases of severe renal impairment without medical supervision.
• People with gastritis or hyperacidity should take it cautiously.

AYURVEDIC DESCRIPTION

Ayustone breaks down (disintegrates) stones in the kidneys and bladder and has anti-inflammatory properties. Individuals with a tendency to form kidney stones or urinary gravels or bladder stones can continue taking this supplement as a prevention. In the long run, this supplement helps improve renal functioning, and repairs damaged nephrocytes, thus enhancing renal clearance.

Pashanabheda literally translates to stone crusher. Its Rasa/taste is Bitter, Astringent and Potency is cooling, making it anti-Pitta, and has been widely advised for centuries against renal and venereal diseases, piles, diabetes, and stones. Its Kwatha / decoction is diuretic.

Apamarga / Achyranthus aspera root is astringent, diuretic and antispasmodic.

Shilajit is one of the best Rasayana, the best anti-Vata Kapha, having light and dry properties, Bitter, Saline, Pungent and Astringent Rasa/tastes, hot potency, and special efficacy for the genitor-urinary system. It has been used against Kidney, Urinary, and genital system diseases as it detoxifies the Urinary tract, is a genuine Aphrodisiac, helps with male erectile dysfunction, treats infertility, and is a general tissue promoter.

As per Western research, Didymocarpus pedicellata regulates calcium absorption in the body and has a diuretic effect in maintaining a healthy urinary tract. The leaves of Didymocarpus contain an essential Oil with didymocarpene, which is documented for protective activity against Renal oxidative stress.

Bergenia ligulata contains coumarin (bergenin), gallic acid, tannic acid, minerals, etc., and has strong diuretic and lithotriptic effects. Alcoholic extract of the plant has exhibited significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and diuretic properties. A purified fraction of the drug has shown potent antibacterial activity. Recent research proved that it is a diuretic, and it has hypermagneseuric and antioxidant effects, which rationalizes its medicinal use for the treatment of kidney stones. Maximum inhibition of the crystal growth of calcium oxalate monohydrate, a mineral in most kidney stones, was observed primarily with aqueaous extracts of Bergenia ligulata.
