Guggulu SPL Tablets are a concentrated Ayurvedic formulation made from the purified and standardized resin extract of Commiphora mukul. Widely revered in classical texts, Guggulu is a potent Shothahara (anti-inflammatory), Lekhana (fat-scraping), and Rasayana (rejuvenator) herb that supports metabolic health, joint mobility, and cholesterol balance. Known as a Yogavahi, it enhances the bioavailability of co-administered herbs.
