DESCRIPTION:
Gurmar Tablets contain Gymnema sylvestre extract, a well-known Ayurvedic herb primarily used for blood sugar regulation and metabolic balance. Known as “Madhunashini” (Destroyer of Sugar), Gurmar helps in reducing sugar cravings, balancing insulin levels, and improving glucose metabolism. It is beneficial for diabetes management, weight loss, and lipid regulation. Gurmar also supports digestive health, kidney function, and cardiovascular wellness. It pacifies Kapha and Vata doshas, helping in metabolic disorders and reducing Ama (toxins).

DOSAGE:

CONTRADICTION:
- Avoid in pregnant and breastfeeding women unless advised.
