DESCRIPTION:

Haridrakhand Powder is a classical Ayurvedic formulation known for its potent anti-allergic, anti- inflammatory, and blood-purifying properties. The blend of Haridra (Turmeric), Triphala, Pippali, Marich, and other digestive and detoxifying herbs helps in balancing all three doshas, especially Kapha and Pitta. The presence of Ghrita and Dugdha enhances its bioavailability, making it a nourishing yet effective remedy.

  • Tejpatra (Cinnamomum tamala),

  • Nishotha (Operculina turpethum),
  • Haritaki (Terminalia chebula),
  • Bhibitaki (Terminalia bellirica),
  • Amalaki (Embelica officinale),
  • Nagkeshar (Messua ferrea),
  • Nagarmotha (Cyperus rotundus),
  • Ghrit (Clarified butter),
  • Dugdha (cow's milk).

PROPERTIES:

  • Rasa: Katu (Pungent), Tikta (Bitter), Madhura (Sweet)
  • Guna: Laghu (Light), Ruksha (Dry)
  • Veerya: Ushna (Hot)
  • Vipaka: Madhura (Sweet)
  • Doshaghnata (Effect on Doshas): Balances Kapha and Pitta.

DOSAGE:

Internal Use: 3-5 grams with warm milk or honey, twice daily, or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.
Internal Use: 1-3 grams with warm water or ghee before meals, as advised by an Ayurvedic physician.

CONTRADICTION:

● Not recommended for individuals with high Pitta disorders, such as hyperacidity.
● Avoid in pregnancy unless advised by a physician.
● Diabetics should use it cautiously due to sugar content.
