Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), also known as Chebulic Myrobalan, is one of the most celebrated herbs in Ayurvedic pharmacopeia. Referred to as the “King of Medicines”, it is known for its broad-spectrum healing effects—particularly in digestive health, detoxification, and rejuvenation.
