Kanchanar SPL Tablets are a potent Ayurvedic formulation featuring standardized extract of Bauhinia variegata, traditionally recognized in Ayurveda for its Lekhana (scraping), Shothahara (anti-inflammatory), and Medohara (fat-reducing) properties. Kanchanar (Bauhinia variegata) is a deciduous tree native to tropical and subtropical regions of India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and China. It thrives in dry, hilly terrains, forest clearings, and well-drained plains.
The tree flourishes in the Himalayan foothills, Central India, and the Western Ghats, especially in moderate climates with sandy-loam soil. Its flowers and bark are traditionally used in classical Ayurvedic formulations.
