Sesame Oil, known in Ayurveda as Tila Taila, is a time-honored tridoshic medicated base oil with predominant Vata-pacifying properties. Extracted from the seeds of Sesamum indicum, this oil is deeply nourishing, detoxifying, and rejuvenating.
Widely used in classical Ayurvedic therapies like Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Nasya, and Pichu, it supports joint health, nervous system balance, digestive well-being, and skin rejuvenation.
Rich in essential fatty acids, vitamin E, sesamol, and antioxidants, it forms the base for many Ayurvedic formulations.

CONTRAINDICATIONS & PRECAUTIONS:
- Avoid during acute fever, diarrhea, or severe Pitta aggravation
- Use cautiously in hypertensive individuals due to heating nature
