Shirodhara Oil is a specialized Ayurvedic formulation created for use in Shirodhara therap a deeply calming treatment involving the gentle pouring of warm herbal oil over the forehead.
Designed to relax the nervous system, improve mental clarity, and restore emotional balance, this oil combines Bala, Ashwagandha, Bhringraj, Brahmi, Gotu Kola, in a nourishing base of Sesame oil and Sunflower oil.
It is ideal for managing stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, headaches, and mental fatigue, while also supporting scalp and hair health.
